Agreement
By using the Rumbelly app or rumbelly.com you agree to these terms with Mele Apps, Switzerland. Contact: info@rumbelly.com. You must be at least 16 years old to use Rumbelly, or 14 where your country's law allows it, or have your parent's or guardian's permission.
Not medical advice
Rumbelly is an educational tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or monitor any disease or condition, and it is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified health professional for health decisions, and never disregard professional advice because of something Rumbelly showed you.
AI estimates
Scan verdicts are AI-generated estimates based on a photo. They can be wrong or incomplete, and your body may react differently from any estimate. Use your own judgement.
Your account and data
The app works anonymously by default. Optional Google sign-in enables a private backup of your data; you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can export or delete your data at any time in Settings.
Fair use
Rumbelly is free within fair-use limits (such as daily scan caps). You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service, and not to submit unlawful content.
Premium features
We may offer optional paid features in the future through the Apple App Store or Google Play; their terms will additionally apply.
App stores
You get Rumbelly from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for Rumbelly, its content, or any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you; Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies in addition and prevails wherever it gives you more rights. Support comes from us at info@rumbelly.com — not from Apple or Google. Any paid features are sold through Apple or Google; refunds follow their policies.
Intellectual property
The app, the website, the Rumbelly name, mascot and content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use them.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection forums. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
